A Poem about Boredom

All day long in an empty room
Isolated from the outside
Incarcerated by his own fears

I wonder how prisoners live,
In a four corner prison cell
Life must be so boring
Hopeless and depressing

I wonder how birds feel
Living in captivity in a small cage
Can't fly high beneath the clouds
Unable to see the world above

So if I will live my life as captive
Alone in this empty dark room
I'd rather die than suffer from it

Perhaps, life is sweeter in second life
But make sure I won't feel the pain
Nor suffer from its misery
Make it as lethal as possible
Making me sleep forever at peace
