A Poem about Forgiveness

Asking for forgiveness to mend one's, broken heart. It gives peace when you're forgiven by the person you hurt the most. Everyone deserves forgiveness no matter how painful it has brought into your life. But mistake you've made
 could not be easily forgotten.

"Forgive Me"

Sometimes we commit mistakes
Not thinking that we might hurt others
Family and friends are impacted, regardless
For happiness is what matters.

Humans we are born
Sinners that we have known
Goodness has been instilled
But badness sometimes build.

Sufferings here and there arise
Every mistake we made is not absolutely right
Criticisms we didn't realize
Shame we gain as we have might

The forgiveness we beg for
But people tend to murmur
No right to be forgiven
Sinners have no place in heaven.

People never understand how you feel
When they condemn someone very ill
Repentance is needed to heal
Asking forgiveness is true and real.

May God enlighten their mind
That person sometimes got blind
Everyone deserves a second chance
The forgiveness we want to have at once.
